Toni Wimborne After a successful career in the fashion industry in London, Toni retired to Mallorca 5 years ago. Looking to channel her abounding energy, love of Mallorca and people skills she opened Strictly Mallorca SL as a real estate agency with a difference! Having retired to Mallorca 5 years ago, Toni is well qualified to advise & help you in choosing the right property, the logistics of moving and all the paper work involved to change your pension payments, NHS registration, car registration and all the minutiae involved in starting a new life. Daniella Larrarte The youngest member of our team was born in Columbia. She moved to Mallorca with her parents 20 years ago. Prior to studying journalism at Tel Aviv University she attended Queens College & King Richard 111 schools in Mallorca so is able to give first hand information on both schools & further education in Mallorca. Professionally,she has worked as senior negotiator for Ses Penyes de Rotges & latterly at Engel & Voelkers. She has a vast knowledge of the property market in Mallorca and has just become an Asociate Inmobileria.This is a Spanish course which studies legalalities, constructions, building licenses and after sales care. Mark and Lyn Ratcliffe Mark & Lyn have recently joined the team relocating to Mallorca in 2008. Mark joins with a history of sales and internet marketing in the IT sector, Lyn brings experience of administration and organisational skills. Mark & Lyn are ideally placed to offer advice on relocation of a family as they have first hand experience of the process of moving schools to Mallorca. Between us we have experienced, first-hand, all the aspects of relocating to Mallorca and understand your need to have friendly, independent, practical help from people you can trust and who are fluent in English, Spanish, Mallorquine, French & Ivrit. |
