Stephen Howard

Moved to Mallorca with his wife & young family. He attended Whiteknights College of Estate Management and has extensive knowledge of all property related matters. Stephen is our land, planning and development expert. He has 25 years experience in development, construction and land acquisition.

Stephen specializes in the sale of plots for new development, investment in completed projects and appraisals for a variety of new and reform projects. 

He can advise in all aspects of buying, selling, refurbishing & building in Mallorca as well as investing in land, projects and buildings.
